Statement of Risk:
Winter travel is inherently dangerous with environmental extremes that can lead to serious injury, loss of limb or even death. Eds Wilderness System is not liable for any damages that result from use of these ski pulk parts.

Warranty:
You are buying from a very small garage business. I think of my customers as winter sports colleagues. While I do not have the resources to offer long term warranties I will refund purchase price for any returned pulk systems due to dissatisfaction with the pulk performance in the first year. (Customer pays for return shipping.) I will also replace any broken part in the first year.
