Ordering and Shipping:
SkiPulk.com is a seasonal company. Ed works for Glacier National Park in the summer and Grant and Ashley take a break from building pulks during that time. We ship pulks between October and early May.
To start your order simply add your items to your cart and checkout with Google Checkout. Shipping is free in the lower 48! Shipping surcharges apply to Alaska - please choose the appropriate shipping option during checkout. Contact us to place an international order. Shipping surcharges also apply for custom built poles longer than 6 foot-3 inches.
In order to avoid the highest oversize shipping fees, we have to shrink wrap your sled rather than use a box. This can result in scratches in transit. Customers ordering this option need to be willing to accept that.
Expedition fiberglass pulks are shipped in a box.
Statement of Risk:
Winter travel is inherently dangerous with environmental extremes that can lead to serious injury, loss of limb or even death. SkiPulk.com is not liable for any damages that result from use of these ski pulk products and parts.
Warranty:
You are buying from a very small garage business. We think of our customers as winter sports colleagues. While we do not have the resources to offer long term warranties, we will refund the purchase price for any returned pulk system due to dissatisfaction with the pulk performance in the first year. (Customer pays for return shipping). We will also replace any broken part in the first year.
