Ordering and Shipping

To start your order (from the lower 48 states, Alaska, or Canada), simply add your items to your cart and checkout. Shipping is free to the lower 48! Shipping surcharges apply to Alaska and Canada - they will be added during the checkout process (note that the surcharge for Canada does not include any applicable duties or taxes which are the responsibility of the purchaser). Occasionally for the Expedition pulk or large orders we will need to adjust shipping costs when sending to Alaska or Canada.

For international/overseas orders, go through the checkout process to create a purchase order. After we calculate shipping, we'll email you a final invoice along with instructions to complete your order.

In order to avoid the highest shipping fees, we have to shrink-wrap your sled rather than use a box. This can result in scratches in transit. Customers ordering this option need to be willing to accept that. Expedition fiberglass pulks are shipped in a box.

Statement of Risk

Winter travel is inherently dangerous with environmental extremes that can lead to serious injury, loss of limb or even death. SkiPulk.com is not liable for any damages that result from use of our products and parts.

Warranty

You are buying from a very small garage business. We think of our customers as winter sports colleagues. While we do not have the resources to offer long term warranties, we will refund the purchase price for any returned pulk system due to dissatisfaction with the pulk performance in the first year. (Customer pays for return shipping). We will also replace any broken part in the first year.
